Add Notes to Bookings

How to edit existing internal note?

This action will update the internal notes for the appointment, visible to team members with access.

Step 1

Locate Appointment

  • Option A: Navigate to the Scheduling tab to find the appointment.
  • Option B: Go to the Customer Profile. In the Bookings tab, select the desired appointment from the list.

Open the Appointment

  • Click on the appointment to open its details.

Update Notes

  • Click on Internal Booking Note Box to update the note as needed.
  • After making changes, click Submit Changes to save the updated note.
  • Note: This action will update the internal notes for the appointment, visible to team members with access.
Step 4

Save and validate the Changes

  • Click Save or Update to confirm the changes.
  • Verify the updated appointment details on your calendar.
