Add Notes to Bookings
How to edit existing internal note?
This action will update the internal notes for the appointment, visible to team members with access.
Step 1
Locate Appointment
- Option A: Navigate to the Scheduling tab to find the appointment.
- Option B: Go to the Customer Profile. In the Bookings tab, select the desired appointment from the list.

Open the Appointment
- Click on the appointment to open its details.
Step 3
Update Notes
- Click on Internal Booking Note Box to update the note as needed.
- After making changes, click Submit Changes to save the updated note.
- Note: This action will update the internal notes for the appointment, visible to team members with access.
Step 4
Save and validate the Changes
- Click Save or Update to confirm the changes.
- Verify the updated appointment details on your calendar.
