How to Create a New Booking

Step 1

Create Booking

  • Navigate to your scheduling system.
    • Left Navigation - Scheduling
  • Click on create Booking, a slide-out window will open up.
Step 2

Enter all the key information to make the booking: Key things to remembers:

  • Place of Service: You must select a valid address for Place of Service. If the customer DOES not have an address for place of service, it needs to be added from the Customer's profile page.
  • Time of Service: Select One-Time option or Recurring
  • Provider Certification: Select the appropriate certification for the requested service
  • Internal Booking Note: This is a private note for the internal operations team. This note will not be visible to the customer or the provider.
Step 3

Enter Coupon / Discount Code

  • Select the drop down under Apply promo code
  • Select the appropriate promo code
Step 4

Click Find Provider Match to find a provider and make the booking. Verify the updated booking details on your calendar.

Create Recurring Booking

Use this option if you need to create details for all within a recurring series.

Step 1

Create Booking

  • Navigate to your scheduling system.
    • Left Navigation - Scheduling
  • Click on create Booking, a slide-out window will open up.
Step 2

Create the Booking Series

  • Time of Service: Select Recurring to create the recurring series
  • Other steps are similar to the one-time appointment

Enter all Appointment Details: Enter all of the relevant fields (e.g., time, date, location, service questions). Update the title or description if necessary.

Step 3

Click Find Provider Match to find a provider and make the booking.

Verify the updated booking details on your calendar.
