Manage Vendor Payments

How to manage Payables for vendor payments?

Step 1

Click on Payables.

Step 2

View outstanding payments owed to vendors which are past due.

Similarly , by including the Invoice ID or Booking ID/Service ID , the user can search for invoice information

Step 3

Click on a specific vendor invoice.

Step 4

Review service details.

Step 5

Click Go to Post-Service

Step 6

In case, Payment is disputed, Click on Start Dispute

  • Click on Category type and choose either Refund Request or Invoice complaint
  • Fill in the Request Amount in (in $)
  • Document the Reason for Dispute
  • Include any Notes from Operators if required
  • Click on Raise Dispute

Click on View to see Payables history

Step 8

Click on Filter Invoice to get information on invoices which are past due

  • Enter selected Organization
  • Enter the name of Billing contact
  • Filter by customer
  • Enter data range in the format dd/mm/yyyy
  • Choose type of invoice - Single or Grouped
  • Status type - Sent or Needs Review or Paid
  • Secondary Status - Disputed or Past Due
  • Apply Filters
