View and Edit Training and Certificate

How to View and Edit Providers Training and Certificate

The Training & Certification section shows a provider’s training, category, expiration date, and status. Users can add, edit, update, delete, or upload certifications, including details like issuing authority and validity.

Step 1

Open the profile of the Provider and scroll down. The Trainings and certificate show the trainings taken by the provider and details such as:

  • Certifications
  • Category
  • Expiration date
  • Status

Note: If the status is confirmed it means that the certifications are up to date. If the status shows pending, it indicates that certain credentials needs to be verified.

Step 2

To add a new certification, click on Edit.

Once you click on the edit button, this window opens up. To add a new certification, click on “Add Certification” button on the left side.

Note: You can also delete the training/ certification here by clicking on the link next to the “UPDATE” button.

Upload: You can also upload a file of the certification into the system by clicking on ‘Add certification’

Step 3

Once you click on the edit button, this window opens up.

To add a new certification, click on “Add Certification” button on the left side. You will then have to fill the certification by adding the title, issuing authority

category, valid until (date), add a copy of certification. Once done, click on save

Step 4

To update an existing certification, click on the certification that you wish to update.

You can update the certification by editing the title, issuing authority

category, valid until (date), status, add a copy of certification and click on update to save.

Step 5

To delete and existing certification, click on “Delete training/certification” button.
