How to View & Edit Provider Tasks
The Tasks module allows users to view tasks categorized as Due Today, Urgent, or Blocked. Users can create new tasks by clicking "Add Tasks" and filling in the required details. Tasks are grouped by categories, and selecting a customer under a category displays all their associated tasks. Customers can also scroll down to view their completed tasks.
When you click on tasks, you can view the tasks which are:
- DUE TODAY
- URGENT
- BLOCKED
Click on ‘Add Tasks’ and this window will open up. Fill the details mentioned in the screen to create the task.
The customer's tasks are grouping by categories
When you click customer under category, all the tasks of the customer grouped together
The customer can scroll down to see the tasks completed by them.
