Create New Booking

Step 1

Users can create a new booking at the Service level by entering the following required information:

  • Service Level: Select the appropriate level of service being provided.
  • Provider Certification: Choose the provider’s certification type to ensure proper service matching.
  • Promo Code: (If applicable) Enter a valid promo code to apply discounts or special rates.
  • Customer: Select or search for the customer who will be receiving the service.
  • Provider Rate/Hour: Specify the provider’s billing rate per hour for the service.
Step 2

Users can include additional details on new booking at Service level by including the following details:

  • Place of Service: Indicate the location where the service will be delivered (e.g., onsite, virtual, clinic).
  • Time of Service: Enter the exact time the service is scheduled to begin.
  • Date of Service: Specify the calendar date for when the service will take place.
  • Start Time: Provide the specific start time for the service session.
  • Estimated Duration: Enter the estimated duration of the service in hours or minutes.
